SARCOFAGUS Announce Back From The Dead Show In Finland, Vinyl Release Via Svart Records

Finland's SARCOFAGUS have announced their "Back From The Dead" gig, to take place September 23rd at Dante's Highlight, Fredrikinkatu 42, in Helsinki, Finland.
Sarcofagus was formed by guitarist Kimmo Kuusniemi and singer Hannu Leiden in 1977 and released early metal recordings during the years 1979 - 1981.
At the Dante's show, Svart Records will release Sarcofagus Live in Studio 1979, the first ever official vinyl release of the long lost Live In Studio 1979 tape. This new vinyl release will include never before seen photos and information. Other merchandise such as memorabilia and t-shirts will also be available at the event. Svart Records is planning to release all the old Sarcofagus recordings on vinyl soon, dates are to be announced.
Following in the footsteps of the old Sarcofagus stage show: videos, surprises and guest stars will be part of the event. The founding singer Hannu Leiden, legendary metal musician Tapio "Papa" Wilska, electric Kantele player and throat singer Jyha Jyrkäs from POROPETRA and members from ENOCHIAN CRESCENT will visit the stage.
The band started touring Finland in September, 2010, after a 30 year break, with most of the original line up on board:
