DOWN / PANTERA bassist Rex Brown is featured in a new interview with Classic Rock Revisited. Founder Jeb Wright has issued the following overview:

"When Cowboys From Hell from Pantera hit the streets twenty years ago parents cried in fear. They had already been spooked, decades earlier by BLACK SABBATH. Next they were horrified by IRON MAIDEN. When METALLICA came out it seemed like the end of civilization. But now this? How could it get any heavier? How could it be anymore evil? If Metallica was the end of civilization then Pantera was the end of the world!

Bassist Rex Brown sat down with Classic Rock Revisited to discuss the pivotal metal album and how the band went from clubs to arenas. We also discuss Rex's issues with not ever getting to play with Pantera again and how Dimebag Darrell was a true icon of rock guitar. Rex even bares his soul and shares how Dime's death affected him to the point that he could not fulfill his duties as pallbearer.
