Thanks to contributions at the release party from METALLICA, COMMON, and Zach Braff, Call Of Duty: Black Ops is the most successful entertainment release in history for 24 hours after its release, making Activision $360 million in just 24 hours!

Activision's Call Of Duty: Black Ops event was held in Santa Monica, CA in Hangar Eight at the Santa Monica airport on November 4th. Metallica.com has issued pro-shot footage from the event. Check it out below.

Funds were raised for non-profit organization The Call Of Duty Endowment, which assists soldiers making the transition to civilian life. Activision used the Call Of Duty event to announce that they would be donating $1 million to the endowment.
