In a recent interview with Canadian metal radio program The Great Black North, NEURAXIS members Rob Milley and Alex Leblanc open up regarding some intimate details of their new album entitled Asylon, set to be released on February 15, 2011 via Prosthetic Records.

"We're a great team," Rob remarks when asked how the band's dynamic has changed since the latest lineup shuffle, which has seen the last original member of the band leaving, with Rob left holding the reins of the band. "The (new guys) worked really hard."
"This album is a result of what we've been living (in the last few years)," Rob claims, regarding the atmosphere of the new material. "To be brutally honest, it's really fucking dark, and really emotional."
"Everyone has said it really is the heaviest Neuraxis album ever," Alex adds.

"For the first time ever, after 10 times listening to my album, I'm not sick of it," Alex continues. "I can't stop listening."

The guys seem to be very confident in the prowess of this upcoming album, which sees the band exploring some darker emotions and concepts throughout the album's lyrics, which in addition to the title track 'Asylon', will also feature such song titles as 'Savior And Destroyer', 'Left To Devour', and 'V'.

The complete interview is available for streaming and downloading via The Great Black North's webblog.
