OPETH Guitarists To Attend 2011 NAMM Music Convention

Mikael Åkerfeldt (guitar, vocals) and Fredrik Åkesson (guitar) of Swedish metallers OPETH will attend NAMM 2011, to be held at the Convention Center in Anaheim, CA from January 13th - 16th.
They will be doing a signing session at the PRS (Paul Reed Smith) guitars booth (# 5320 in Hall B) on Saturday, January 15th, from 1:30 - 2:30 PM.

Opeth will start the recordings for their 10th album on January 31st, 2011.
The band has picked the legendary Atlantis studios (ex-Metronome Studios) in Stockholm and will once again work with Jens Bogren engineering. Mixing duties will be handled by Steven Wilson (PORCUPINE TREE).
Possible release worldwide in the fall of 2011, through Roadrunner Records. The new material has been described by the band as being "good".
