According to Mercurynews.com, BAND OF GYPSIES bassist Billy Cox, AEROSMITH's Brad Whitford, LIVING COLOUR, STEVE VAI, former STEVIE RAY VAUGHAN sideman Chris Layton and BOZ SCAGGS are taking part in the Santa Cruz Blues Festival scheduled for May 28 and 29 at Aptos Village Park
