MORGOTH Announce Two Special Warm-Up Club Shows For Cursed Anniversary Reunion; New Festival Dates Confirmed

With the news of a MORGOTH reunion in order to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the release of their classic Cursed album spreading, the anticipation and excitement regarding a comeback to stages for this seminal German death metal act continues to grow.

In the past weeks, the resurrected band has already been confirmed to appear at several notable open air festival events in Germany and has now recently added to the Hellfest (France) and Way Of Darkness (Germany) festivals, as well as two very special warm-up club shows in May, to the list of live shows for 2011.

6-8 - Lichtenfels, Germany – Way Of Darkness Festival

Support on the two warm-up shows will be provided by German melodic thrash metallers THE VERY END, as well as each a local opening band. Grab your tickets quickly, as capacities for both these club shows are limited.

Morgoth’s 2011 setlist will mainly consist of songs from the Cursed album, as well as some cuts from the classic 1989/1990 EP‘s Resurrection Absurd and The Eternal Fall.
