Tennessee metallers STRAIGHT LINE STITCH will release their new studio album, The Fight Of Our Lives, on March 22nd in North America via eOne Music. The band have now confirmed that the album will be released in the UK on June 6th via Spinefarm Records.

Says frontwoman Alexis Brown, "Laughing in The Rearview' is about hardships in life, and then later on in life looking back you realize things weren't as bad as you'd initially thought. So you laugh at it."

Former DARKEST HOUR guitarist Kris Norris has officially joined Straight Line Stitch after two fill in tours. Norris has issued the following statement: "I'm excited. It's a new avenue for me. Even though they have a new record coming out soon, I can't wait to start writing and put some solos to the catchy tunes these guys write. It'll be a challenge to accent her voice but Kanky's mind-blowing drum skills will also be the perfect mix to add some nice but faster melodic work."

Straight Line Stitch will be featured on the Hottest Chicks In Hard Rock: Hell Hath No Fury tour, also featuring SISTER SIN, IN THIS MOMENT and SYSTEM DIVIDE.

The tour will kick off on April 22nd in Santa Ana, CA, and will run through May 15th.
