hot flashes news

Hell Comes Home Records has announced it's first project, the 7-Inch Vinyl Subscription Club.

Since nothing can beat the feeling of holding and listening to the warm sound of a vinyl, I felt it was my duty to bring this project to life. On top of this, extra special care is being put into providing jaw-dropping artwork and design (courtesy of Polish artist Kuba Sokolski) in order to make it a unique project to be a part of.

If the idea of getting your fix of hard, loud and heavy music (be it sludge, noise, stoner, doom, prog, post-whatever that is hard, loud and heavy, hardcore, metal, etc.) in through your letterbox every month sounds appealing to you, than you are in the right place! With new and exclusive material from some of the best up and coming as well as already established bands from all over the world, it certainly sounds like a good way to discover new favourites.

Running for 6 months from October 2011 to March 2012 consecutively, each subscriber will receive two new splits 7-inch vinyl (one band per side) with new and original artwork in the post every month... And because life is good the first package will include an exclusive t-shirt along with a special limited edition box to complete the set.

Volume 1 features: AKANAME, BLACK SUN, BURNING LOVE, COFFINWORM, DEAD ELEPHANT, DESPHOSPHORUS, DOPEFIGHT, DUKATALON, FISTULA, THE FUCKING WRATH, GREAT FALLS, HAMMERS, KOWLOON WALLED CITY, LESBIAN, MOSE GIGANTICUS, PYRAMIDO, RABBITS, SUMA, THE SWAN KING, TELLUSIAN, THOU, THROAT, ULTRAPHALLUS, UNION OF SLEEP.

Check the website for more information on each band, including short biographies, links and pictures.

In short, each subscription includes:

- 24 exclusive and unreleased songs from 24 bands
- 12 splits 7-inch vinyl in a special limited edition box
- Digital coupons of high quality mp3’s (320 kbps) with each vinyl
- An exclusive t-shirt
- Original artwork & design by Kuba Sokolski
