Californian blues-rockers RIVAL SONS are currently on tour in the UK supporting British heavy metal legends JUDAS PRIEST.
Rival Sons frontman Jay Buchanan and guitarist Scott Holiday took some time out of their tour schedule to stop by Planet Rock radio and talk about life on the road, the band's critically acclaimed new album, Pressure & Time, and more. Listen to the Planet Rock interview below:
Rival Sons are halfway through their with Judas Priest and QUEENSRŸCHE, and are also preparing for their debut performance at the UK's High Voltage Festival this Saturday, July 23rd.
Scott Holiday updates from the road: "The European leg of our tour continues to blow me away. Just finding out how many fans we have and are making out here absolutely rules. The Judas Priest dates have been no exception... We wondered how their fans might accept us, but we've been given a great reception every night, and the guys in the band are nice fellas to boot. Next stop: High Voltage! We've been looking forward to this one for a while, and plan on giving the attendees a healthy dose of maximum R&B; and a rock 'n' roll kick in the trousers!"
