Century Media Records has officially announced the return of international goth metal stars LACUNA COIL; their sixth studio album Dark Adrenaline is now scheduled for release in North America on January 24th, 2012 (January 23rd in Europe).

Produced by the acclaimed Don Gilmore, Dark Adrenaline promises to deliver the melodic, sensual, metallic rush for which the band has come to be known. Please see below for the album's tracklisting.

The first single from the new album, 'Trip The Darkness', will impact at Active Rock radio next month, on October 10th, and will be released digitally on October 17th.

Lacuna Coil will tour in North America in support of Dark Adrenaline around the album's release; look for a big tour announcement in the coming weeks.

As it has been too long since Lacuna Coil has played their native Italy, the band want to give a very special treat to their Italian fans: an extensive tour throughout throughout the country. Not only will their Italian fans be able to enjoy some of the very first dates of their Darkness Rising tour, but also see the band on some more intimate club shows.

After spending many months in the recording studio the band are dying to get on the road again and perform songs from Dark Adrenaline live.
