PAUL RODGERS Announces UK Benefit Concert

Legendary singer PAUL RODGERS (BAD COMPANY, FREE, QUEEN) has announced he will play an exclusive benefit concert in the UK Saturday, December 3rd at The Venue in Chicester, UK.
Also performing will be Deborah Bonham, Steve Rodgers and Jasmine Rodgers.
All proceeds will go to the Racehorse Sanctuary Re-Homing Centre and Rocking Horse Children's Charity.
The charity rescues ex racehorses, re-homes the ones it can and supports the others to live out the rest of their days in a caring, calm environment, giving these animals the respect they deserve after having been specifically bred for mankind's entertainment and gains. Many of these horses would have been sent off to slaughter or shot. Both Paul and his wife Cynthia are Patrons of the charity.
Rodgers commented: "I am deeply moved by the commitment and sacrifice of these beautiful, noble creatures and to their lives on the other side of the finish line. Involving young, autistic and inner city kids is brilliant and helps encourage a healthier next generation.”
The evening will also include a silent auction of music memorabilia and a live auction with the main item being a songwriting session with Rodgers. Tickets are limited.
