MARYANN COTTON And HAL PATINO Team Up With Danish Movie Director For Christmas Song

MARYANN COTTON and HAL PATINO have teamed up with legendary Danish movie Director, Martin Miehe-Renard, to write a Christmas song. The song is dedicated to all the deployed soldiers, that are ''maybe'' never going to celebrate Christmas with their families.

Hal Patino is currently working with Maryann Cotton on his upcoming album which will be released early next year. The song is called 'Cruel Christmas', and they have each written a third of the song. Updates to follow.

Bassist Hal Patino (KING DIAMOND) was today honored as a living legend.

Shock Me Entertainment reports: Denmark will get a rock museum in 2014, Danish Rock Museum, where you will be able to come in and experience the Danish rock music history (dating back to) the rock 'n roll era from the 50s.

Today Hal donated his trademark to the rock museum, his trademark he has been known for in many years with King Diamond.

His skeleton pants, skeleton shirt, his top hat, and his Cream Warwick bass - which has toured the the world around with many rock heroes. He has recorded everything he has done since 2000 - today he recorded the last track on the bass for his upcoming album with Maryann Cotton.

His clothes and bass will in the future be in glass display cases - where you can look at it, and listen to his background and life and hear about his 35 year career - on an audio track in headphones.
