Swiss folk metal bashers ELUVEITIE recently added another leg to their 2012/2013 Helvetios World Tour. Starting in September, the band will hit the road in Europe with SABATON. New dates have now been confirmed in Denmark, Norway and Sweden.

As previously reported, Eluveitie scanned 4,242 copies of their new album, Helvetios, in its first week of sales in the US according to Nielson Soundscan. Helvetios came in at #143 on the US Billboard Top 200 Chart and #3 on the Heatseekers chart, making it their highest charting record yet. The band also cracked the Canadian Top 200 coming in at #73.

The album hit #4 in the band's native Switzerland. Watch for more chart entries to be revealed in the coming week.

In a video update, Anna Murphy talks about the group's new album, Helvetios, the recording process, her role in the album creation process, playing the Hurdy Gurdy and her side project with Meri Tadic, GODNR.UNIVERSE.

She also talks about working as an apprentice at Soundfarm Recording Studio in Lucerne and the effect of being on the "other side of the glass". Check it out below:
