AC/DC - Bon Scott's High Voltage Gold Certification On Display In Kirriemuir

According to Forfar Dispatch, a rare piece of rock memorabilia is on show at the Kirriemuir Gateway to the Glens Museum today and tomorrow May 4 and 5.
This weekend the town pays homage to one of its most famous sons, Bon Scott of AC/DC fame.
To mark the event, the museum has a fabulous framed gold disc on display which was presented to Bon Scott in 1976 to mark the sale of more than 500,000 copies of AC/DC’s first album High Voltage.
The disc has kindly been loaned to the museum for display during the Bon Fest weekend from a fan in Austria.
