OMMATIDIA Writing Material For New Album

OMMATIDIA – featuring former THE OLD DEAD TREE members Nicolas Chevrollier (guitar) and Vincent Danhier (bass) – have announced that they are currently preparing the recordings for the follow-up to their 2011 album In This Life, Or The Next.
The new album as yet untitled, will feature around 10 tracks.
According to a press release: “Ommatidia's approach this time has leaned even more towards the heavier side of things. The new songs show different facelifts, but the new album will still remain dark musically and lyrically.”
Guitarist Nicolas commented: "Writing a new album is always exciting, we never get bored of writing music, and for me, it is the best part of being in a band. Each album is like a challenge to better ourselves, or at the very least, do something that's different to everyone else."
