RED LAMB - the new project from former ANTHRAX guitarist Dan Spitz - have announced their signing and alliance with MIG Records.

Says Spitz: "I am so happy to have found the perfect fit for Red Lamb (in most countries outside of the US) with MIG Records. I have known Rainer Hänsel at MIG since the first tour of Europe with Anthrax. MIG is a wonderful company headed by Manfred Schütz who believes in the unique mission I am on and the new paths that must be administered in the music arena to get where I want to go. I'm absolutely positive Universal Records distribution who is partners with MIG will be a wonderful avenue for Red Lamb's music to get in the hands of all that love metal. This record deal will not extend to Mars, where I also have my guitar riffs playing in the top 10 charts. I am now searching for an intergalactic record deal for those areas, but so far... no luck.

"The connection was made by Tammy Taylor at Artist International to whom I thank so very much deep down in my heart for all her hard work. Please contact Minds I Entertainment (James McComas- manager) for all inquiries regarding our upcoming world touring, festival shows, bringing awareness to the world regarding autism and so much more. Release date for Europe is expected in late September early October with many live shows commencing thereafter."

Red Lamb recently signed a management deal with the Nashville, TN based firm Mind’s i Entertainment to oversee all aspects of the band’s career.

“Red Lamb’s schedule is about to become very busy,” says James McComas, partner at Mind’s i Entertainment. The company plans immediate US tour dates, licensing deals worldwide, as well as worldwide touring in 2013, including a music festival that will be a fundraiser for Autism Speaks. Autism is a cause close to the hearts of the Spitz family, as they have twin sons with Autism, and the cause continues within the Mind’s i Entertainment family with partner Bonnie Neves having three children with Autism and James McComas has two nieces with Autism."

In addition to Spitz, Red Lamb features Don Chaffin on vocals and Patrick Johansson (YNGWIE MALMSTEEN, W.A.S.P.) on drums.

Red Lamb's self-titled debut album, issued earlier this year, was co-produced by Spitz and MEGADETH frontman DAVE MUSTAINE, with Grammy nominated producer Johnny K (DISTURBED, DROWNING POOL) handling the mix.

Grammy winner Chris Vrenna (NINE INCH NAILS, MARILYN MANSON) performed all synths and additional programming for the entire CD.

Furthermore, Red Lamb have released a video for their song ‘Puzzle Box’ in an effort to raise awareness for Autism; it can be seen below:
