Zisis Petkanas of Greece's Rock Overdose recently conducted an interview with DESTRUCTION singer/bassist Marcel "Schmier" Schirmer. He reveals how he got fired from the band but still came back after 10 years, their new album Spiritual Genocide, artists and names he would like to collaborate with and also why Destruction have been absent from Greek stages over the last five years.

Destruction released their 30th anniversary album, Spiritual Genocide, via Nuclear Blast on November 23rd. The first video from the album is for the song 'Carnivore'. The clip was produced at Polish Mania Studio and sees the return of the classic character, the Mad Butcher. Check it out below:
