MEGADETH's David Ellefson To Take Part In Special Fan Club Holiday Online Chat Tomorrow

MEGADETH bassist David Ellefson will take part in a special holiday online chat at the Megadeth Cyber Army on Friday, December 28th at 4 PM, PT (24:00 GMT).

A message reads: "Be sure to drop by for some holiday season giveaways! This is a fan-club-members-only chat. You must be a member of the Megadeth Cyber Army to participate. Check the club for details here.

Megadeth are currently working on their 14th studio album, with producer Johnny K (aka John Karkazis; MACHINE HEAD, DISTURBED). Band leader Dave Mustaine has issued the following update:

"Cutting vocals today! Some inspiration! Jesus and Clint Eastwood!"

The new, as yet untitled album is expected in early 2013, via a label to be announced. Megadeth recently parted ways with Roadrunner Records.

As previously reported, Megadeth have been recognized for the 55th Annual Grammy Awards, which will be held in Los Angeles, CA on Sunday, February 10th at the Staples Center. They have been nominated for Best Hard Rock/Metal Performance, the complete list of nominees in that category is as follows:
