NERON KAISAR Upload Madness Of The Tyrant Album Sampler

Russia-based symphonic black metal legion NERON KAISAR have uploaded an album sampler for their forthcoming second album, Madness Of The Tyrant, which was recorded, mixed and mastered at Sweden's Necromorbus Studio by Tore Stjerna. Check it out at this location.
The band are in search of a label to release the album in 2013. The artwork, created by talented graphic designer Alexander Tartsus, can be seen below:
The new album will be concerned with the transformation of the inner world, of one of the bloodiest and brightest sovereigns in the history of mankind. This month the band will enter the studio to record the album.
