MEGADETH mainman Dave Mustaine will take part in a special online chat at the Megadeth Cyber Army on Monday, April 1st at 4 PM, PT (11 PM, GMT). Be sure to drop by for regular chat giveaways.

Mustaine will be a featured soloist with the San Diego Symphony in April, 2014, in a program that will include Wagner's 'Ride Of The Valkyries' from Die Walküre, Vivaldi's 'Winter' from The Four Seasons and Dvorak’s Symphony No. 9 (the 'New World' Symphony).

Executive director Edward "Ward" Gill said "it's all about reaching new audiences, while music director Jahja Ling said he had a good meeting with Mustaine, and he may conduct the concert himself."

Note: no conductor is listed at this point, and Mustaine's exact involvement is still being worked out.

Megadeth recently uploaded more video footage from Vic's Garage Studio in San Marcos, California in February where they were finishing work on their 14th studio album, titled Super Collider. Check out studio report #10 below:

Last week Megadeth mainman Dave Mustaine announced that Super Collider was finished: "More 13 weirdness… we finished the record on 3.13.13, with 13 of 14 songs used. Song 13 left off. It was 13 years since we tracked 'Silent Scorn'."

Mustaine recently revealed the guest appearance on Super Collider. "Surprise! BOB FINDLEY, the horn player on 'Silent Scorn' (from Megadeth's 2001 album The World Needs A Hero), is playing on a track entitled 'A House Divided' on the new album!"

Super Collider will be Megadeth's first release through Mustaine’s new label, Tradecraft, after signing an exclusive worldwide deal with Universal Music Enterprises (UMe) recently. A release date for Super Collider has not yet been announced.
