AC/DC Bassist Clifford Williams Sells New York Condo

According to Propertyobserver.com.au, AC/DC bassist Clifford Williams has sold his West Village, New York condo. The condo at 63 Downing Street appeared on the Streeteasy website as listed at $US1.899 million, and now appears as sold for $US2.3 million through Corcoran Group Real Estate.
The second floor-renovated apartment (pictured here) includes two privates terrace and decorative French garden style wood trellises.
It’s not known how much was spent renovating the property, but Williams purchased the property in July 2004 for $1.25 million.
