In the first hour of the show, Stefan Kaufmann tells the story of the writing, recording and touring cycle of the band’s classic Metal Heart album, newly reissued on Hear No Evil Recordings and the Kaizoku-Ban live mini album (also included on the new reissue of Metal Heart), recorded live in Japan on the Metal Heart tour. Stefan also selects six tracks from the album.
The second hour of the show features an interview with Daniel Mullback, drummer with Civil War, the new band featuring four former members of SABATON (including Mullback), along with ASTRAL DOORS/LION’S SHARE vocalist Nils Patrik Johansson, with two tracks from the band’s debut album The Killer Angels.
Also in part 2, Canadian guitar hero Pat Travers talks about his new album Can Do, an album very much in the vein of the classic Pat Travers Band albums of the late '70s and early '80s. Pat also discusses his touring plans, and selects two songs from Can Do and a classic track from his back catalogue.
