SICKBAG, HANGMAN’S CHAIR, GLORIOR BELLI, EIBON Members Launch COWARDS

Blackened sludge act COWARDS - featuring current and ex-members of SICKBAG, DEATH MERCEDES, HANGMAN’S CHAIR, GLORIOR BELLI, EIBON, DACAST, COLOSSUS OF DESTINY) has inked a deal with french label Deadlight Entertainment (PETER DOLVING, FREYA, SYNICAL) for the release the of band's new record Hoarder on digipack CD in October while the vinyl edition is being handled by Throatruiner Records (EIBON, AS WE DRAW, COMITY) and Ruins Records.
According to a press release, Cowards regurgitates gutter hardcore, unhealthy sludge/doom and nauseous black metal, between the knife-in-the-heart crudeness of EYEHATEGOD or KICKBACK and the majestic darkness of bands like DEATHSPELL OMEGA or THOU.
Following the release of debut album Shooting Blank and Pills, Hoarder contains six long tracks, including a 16 HORSEPOWER 'Blessed Persistence' cover, entirely produced by Francis Caste (BUKOWSKI, ARKHON INFAUSTUS).
The artwork of Hoarder has been handled by French tattoo artist Jean Luc Navette from Viva Dolor (FLASHFALCON, Le Dernier Eté du Vieux mooned).
