France's ORUGA Sign With Apathia Records; 'Northern Promises' Track Streaming

France's ORUGA have inked a deal with Apathia Records. The deal consists of a reissue Oruga’s first self-titled EP, originally released in 2011, on November 4th, and their debut album expected to be released in the second quarter of 2014.
