Former NEVERMORE drummer Van Williams, who is currently working on GHOST SHIP OCTAVIUS' new album, spoke with Metal Wani Editor In Chief Owais 'Vitek' Nabi about that band's formation, songwriting, upcoming debut album, Kickstarter campaign, his approach to drums, ASHES OF ARES upcoming album, Nevermore's legacy and much more.

Ghost Shop Octavius, also featuring guitarist Matt Wicklund (GOD FORBID, WARREL DANE, HIMSA) and young vocalist, Adon Fanion - continue work on their debut album and are looking to fund their costs via Kickstarter.
The band will be working with Grammy award winning producer Neil Kernon (QUEENSRŸCHE, DOKKEN, NEVERMORE, FLOTSAM AND JETSAM, CANNIBAL CORPSE) to produce, engineer, mix and master the album.
Says the band: "Below is a quick video we made of one of the songs 'Saturn And Skies'. The audio is our 'rough' working demo and not final album quality."
