hot flashes news rains

Nascent rockers RAINS are set to release their sophomore effort, From The Ashes, on June 17th. The album features the supercharged, melodic hard rock for which the band has come to be known, but this time delves deeper with more personal insight into the mind of lead singer/guitarist/band namesake, Jeff Rains.

Look for the band to tour the country in support of From The Ashes around the CD's release, with exact dates to be announced. The first single from the album, 'Betterman', will soon go for adds at Active Rock radio.

Hailing from a small town in northern Indiana, lead singer/guitarist/band namesake Jeff Rains and company are making a name for themselves the old-fashioned way, with hard work and determination, winning over supporters one at a time with their poignant, emotive, melodic hard rock sound. In true DIY fashion, with no support from a traditional record label, the first single from their self-released debut album Stories, 'Liar' cracked the Top 15 of Sirius/XM's Octane channel, causing hard rock music fans to take notice. The second single from the album, 'Look In My Eyes', went on to break into the Top 10 on both Octane and iHeartRadio, while third single, 'Pressure', hit #1 on Octane and broke in to the Top 30 nationwide at Active Rock radio.

Updates to follow.
