STONE SOUR's Come What(ever) May Certified Gold In Canada

The success of STONE SOUR's sophomore release, Come What(ever) May, can largely be attributed to the tremendous success of the album's lead single 'Through Glass'. The single tore up the radio airwaves to achieve the #1 status at all reporters (R&R;, Mediabase & BDS), and remained within the Top 3 spun tracks nationally for a combined 17 weeks. This marked the first of many milestones for Canada's relationship with Stone Sour, giving the band their first ever #1 single in the world.
Canada has now raised the bar in it's support for Stone Sour, becoming the first territory in the world to deliver the band a Gold Record for Come What(ever) May, with sales topping 50K albums. Since it's worldwide release on August 1st, the album debuted at #6 on Nielsen Soundscan's Top 200 Albums Chart and has remained on this list ever since.
Come What(Ever) May, which featuring 12 tracks including 'Through Glass', second single 'sillyworld', and the title track 'Come What(Ever) May', was produced by Nick Raskulinecz (FOO FIGHTERS, VELVET REVOLVER) and mixed by Randy Staub (METALLICA, NICKELBACK, MÖTLEY CRÜE).
Stone Sour is made up of Corey Taylor (lead vocals), James Root (guitar), Shawn Economaki (bass), Josh Rand (guitar) and Roy Mayorga (drums).
