MEGADETH Drummer Shawn Drover Reports That New Album Recordings Are "Progressing In A Natural And Timely Fashion"

MEGADETH drummer Shawn Drover has posted the following message in the band's Forum:
"Yes, it has been a while, so lets get right to it, shall we??I am heading off to California this weekend to join the "others" in the studio, and the finishings of the new Megadeth record - (guitarist, brother) Glen (Drover) is already there as I write this, and from what he has expressed to me, things are progessing in a natural and timely fashion as well as the overall vibe being positive - something I plan on chiming in on myself upon arrival.
Futhermore, I am looking forward to working with Andy Sneap - I am of course very familiar with his past work, so this should prove to be a cool experience.

As previously reported, Megadeth are back in the studio this month in California, adding the finishing touches to their forthcoming album, United Abominations, set to be released March of 2007 (Roadrunner Records).
