THRESHOLD Drummer Recognized By The Classic Rock Society

THRESHOLD have issued the following update:
"Threshold drummer Johanne James has been named drummer of the year by The Classic Rock Society. The award was presented to him by the legendary Carl Palmer and CRS president Martin Hudson.Threshold's new album will be released on March 23rd, 2007 through Nuclear Blast Records. The debut album by Kyrbgrinder fronted by Johanne James is due for release in January."
As previously reported, Threshold have been confirmed to play at the MetalCamp 2007 Festival in Tolmin, Slovenia next July. Billed as Hell Over Paradise Part 4, this edition of the week long event will also feature BLIND GUARDIAN, IMMORTAL, DORO, SODOM, DEW-SCENTED and GRAVEWORM. More than 80 bands will be featured when the festival roster is complete.
