March 16, 2007, 17 years ago
German metallers ATARGATIS have announced that they will enter Helion Studios (DARKSEED, EQUILIBRIUM, SYNCRONOMICA) in Munich in May to record their new album under the direction of Seref A. Badir.
The group's follow-up to their debut album, Wasteland, will be a concept piece.
Says the band, "Our new album is going to be even more epic, even heavier and even more powerful than the debut feature. As already done on the debut album, female violinist Tialupa is going to play the violin on the new album. Again, guest musicians are going to play on the new Atargatis album."
The band plan to release the new album towards the end of 2007 via Massacre Records.
