WWIII frontman Mandy Lion has issued the following update via his official MySpace page:

"I just received news that the show in Las Vegas at the Stratosphere has been moved to May 25th. The change of date is as much of a surprise to me as it is to you.

I know that many of you already bought your plane tickets and I hope you will be able to get a refund or change the date for your flight. I want to apologize especially to those of you who have sent me letters telling me you are flying in from as far as Germany, Italy, Japan, France, New Zealand, England, Spain and Russia. Those of you who cannot change their flight plans can rest assured that I will make it worth your while when you get to the US. I will personally make sure you guys have a time to remember when you get here my friends...

Mandy Lion and Great White to perform at benefit for Chrystal Waters!

Friday, May 25th 2007 at PollyEsters at the Stratosphere Hotel in Las Vegas, NV. All proceeds will be used to help a friend in need who was parazlized in a diving accident. Confirmed musical performances are Mandy Lion's WWIII and grammy nominated rock band Great White. A celebrity host and MC will be announced soon and many more performers will be added to the show's line-up. Many celebrities will be in attendance as well.

There will be auctions for guitars signed by Great White and merchandise.

Mandy Lion will give a guitar to the most extreme Mandy Lion fan as well as T-shirts and CDs for the sexiest, craziest, loudest and just plain lucky fans."

The event will run from 8:30pm to 12:30am. It was originally due to take place on May 4th.
