FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH Delay Release Of Debut

FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH, featuring former W.A.S.P. guitarist Darrell Roberts, drummer Jeremy Spencer (a former W.A.S.P. accomplice), ex-U.P.O. guitarist Zoltan Bathory, ex-DEADSETT bassist Matt Snell, and former MOTOGRATER vocalist Ivan Moody (GHOST), had previously stated that their debut album, The Way Of The Fist, would be released on April 3rd.
The album will now be issued, via American Royalty Records, on June 12th.
Says the band, "In a perfect world, the record would be available right now and we’d be on tour choppin’ down a forest in your hood… but the rumors are true - unfortunately, the release date has been pushed back around 60 days (to June) for various reasons (contractual obligations, promotional deadlines, pending tours etc.)
No worries... It's not unprecedented... Record companies change release dates all the time because of manufacturing or marketing delays... or they just simply want to line up the drop date with a supporting tour. Lookin’ at the bright side, it gives ya’ll a few more weeks at the gym to get ready for that moshpit ;)
Those of you who pre-ordered the CD - sorry that you had to find out via Amazon, Bestbuy etc... but we *don't have* access to your e-mail addresses (only these vendors do)
