AUTUMN TEARS new album, The Hallowing, is out now via Dark Symphonies and features the following tracks: 'Dies Irae', 'Keep Me Here', 'Spirit', 'A Joyless Occasion', 'Thrush And Wake', 'Yearning For The Tide', 'The Funeral Bazaar', 'Canticle', 'The Last King Falls', 'The Hallowing'.

According to a press release, "after a decade evolving, the band has finally shed its shell of neoclassical, darkwave and gothic sound, in place of a more traditional classical and chamber music style. Drawing influences from such masters as Bach, Brahms, Hayden, Mahler and a host of others, Autumn Tears boasts rich and diverse musical arrangements based on music theory. In place of the usual keyboards and samples, The Hallowing employs fully live, authentic classical instrumentation including a live string section, woodwinds, oboe, french horn and haunting, operatic vocals. As this will be the last Autumn Tears album, it will be strictly limited to 1000 copies worldwide. A note from keyboardist Ted: "We feel The Hallowing will easily be the greatest Autumn Tears album yet, but it has also been very draining and time consuming. Between working full time, running the label and working on the music, there is little to no time left for anything else, which is why this will be the last Autumn Tears album. It has been a great 12 years, but it's now time to close the door and move on to other endeavors. We collectively thank you all for the years of support."
