ROBERT PLANT Confirmed For Romanian Live Earth Concert

According to Mediafax.ro, the concert that LED ZEPPELIN legend ROBERT PLANT will hold in Bucharest, Romania on July 8, will take place in a parking lot at Romexpo, is the follow-up to an event starting on July 7 around the world. The event is meant to be a Romanian Live Earth, aiming at drawing attention on the global warming threat.
Live Earth represents a series of concerts created at the initiative of Al Gore. The global concert on 7/7/07 will begin in Sydney and continue across all seven continents, concluding with the US show. The initiative is aimed at triggering a global movement for the fight against the climate crisis.
