CULT OF LUNA Prepare For Download Festival

Swedish epic art-rock crushers CULT OF LUNA will descend upon Download on Sunday (June 10th) evening to play their debut set at the famous festival.
Download is the first UK festival Cult Of Luna have played, and they are looking forward to engaging the crowd on the Tuborg stage with their special brand of light and shade sonic Musings.
Guitarist Johannes Persson enthuses: "The last UK tour was a blast and the reception we got was amazing so getting back to do our first UK festival was not a hard decision...."
Since the release of Cult Of Luna's last album, Somewhere Along The Highway, the band have been touring Europe incessantly to rave reviews and crowd reactions. Expect the set to include the likes of ‘Leave Me Here’ and ‘Dark City, Dead Man' (among others) as the sun sets on Donnington on Sunday night.
The band will not be accompanied by Erik Olofsson at Download, but as Johannes states, with "6-8 members - you never know who shows up!"... "we have enough guitarists as it is...haha."
Cult of Luna will play the Turborg stage Sunday, June 10th at Download festival, scheduled slot 6:55 - 7:35.
