JON OLIVA Confirmed As "Mystery Guest" For Sold Out ProgPower US Pre-Show Gig

An announcement on the UltimateMetal.com forum on June 23rd confirmed that SAVATAGE / JON OLIVA'S PAIN frontman Jon Oliva is doing an unplugged solo set on the the Wednesday prior to the start of Prog-Power USA on October 5th - 6th. It is as follows:
"I'm very proud to announce that for the first time ever in his illustrious career, Jon Oliva will take the stage and perform an intimate one man acoustic show. In addition to performing his biggest hits and favorite songs, the Mountain King will be telling the history behind each song along with sharing stories from the road. If you have seen any of the VH1 Storytellers episodes, you know just how special and unique this show is going to be."Only 200 tickets were available for the show, which is now completely sold out.
