Former GIRLSCHOOL Guitarist KELLY JOHNSON Passes Away Following Battle With Cancer

UK rockers GIRLSCHOOL have issued the following update:
"It is with extreme sadness to tell you that Kelly Johnson, original member of GIRLSCHOOL, passed away on Sunday the 15th of July after fighting a six-year battle with cancer of the spine."Johnson left Girlschool in 1984 but returned to the ranks on 1993. She left the band in 2000 following the recordings for Girlschool's Not That Innocent: 21st Anniversary, released in 2001.
