EXODUS' Scheduled Date In Modesto, California Cancelled

EXODUS' previously scheduled August 6th gig at Fat Cats Music House & Lounge in Modesto, CA has been cancelled, according to the band's official website.
Meanwhile, a message at the band's Forum from guitarist Gary Holt reads: "Just wanted to let everyone know, that, sorry to say, the Modesto show has been cancelled.
This is no fault of our own, just the promoter could not come up with the funds to put the show on, and we were certainly not going to drive from Mexico to Modesto on a maybe, which was all we could get from him.
No deposit, no nothing. I wanted to play there, we had our boys in SKINLAB on the bill with us, but to no avail.
My apologies to anyone who was planning on coming out, but once again, this had zero to do with Exodus. But all the other shows are a go, and Fresno is not too far away I think, so try to catch us there.
