TAPPING THE VEIN - Achim Köhler To Master New Album

Philadelphia's TAPPING THE VEIN have issued the following brief update:
"Slight change in plans... the mix is on it's way to Germany to be mastered by Achim Köhler (BRAINSTORM, PRIMAL FEAR)."Back in June, World Management's Gunter Ford announced that the band would be mixing their upcoming release, for Nuclear Blast, with Neil Kernon, at RaxTrax in Chicago, IL. starting July 14th.
"We're very excited to be working with Neil on this. Time and time again, on tour, we were told we sound much better live. I'd have to agree the band is heavier and more powerful live. I think we were able to capture that this time around with Neil", said drummer Eric Fisher.
"TTV took a new approach to the writing of this album and I am really pleased with the result. I think we've managed to streamline and "pump it up", so to speak, without sacrificing any of the emotional impact that we insist on", added Heather Thompson.
Look for a 4th quarter, 2007 release worldwide.
