GIRLSCHOOL - Sound & Vision Tribute To Include Four-Song Set Featuring Members Of The Band

As previously reported, on August 20th, the Rock N Roll Kabaret at the Soho Revue Bar in London, England will be holding a tribute to late GIRLSCHOOL guitarist Kelly Johnson. The event dubbed Kelly Johnson In Sound & Vision will feature a short four-song set featuring members of the band (note: this is not the current band).
Kelly Johnson passed away on Sunday the 15th of July after fighting a six-year battle with cancer of the spine. Johnson left Girlschool in 1984 but returned to the ranks on 1993. She left the band in 2000 following the recordings for Girlschool's Not That Innocent: 21st Anniversary, released in 2001.
