VANMAKT Commence Work On New Material

Frontman Gorgoth from Swedish black metallers VANMAKT has issued the following update:
"Vanmakt is currently rehearsing and pre-recording the songs for what we hope to be our next and upcoming album in 2008! Currently we aren't signed to any label but from what I have heard the Vredskapta Mörkersagor album is selling really good! We sold out in Sweden, our homeland the first week and had tons of mails regarding why people didn't get their copies. But well, thats is taken care of and I now know that everything worked just fine. So, the plan right now is to do a pre-recording of a couple of the new songs and then see what our label says.Well, what can I say about the new songs? They will kick your bloody as! I guess that I can write what I want, but well. You will hear it when we feel that we want to share them! At the moment I encourage you all to check Vredskapta Mörkersagor out, you can even download them at our labels myspace. Well, you have a link to where you can pay to download them, if you don't like to have a beautiful album at home. If you want an album, just check our website!
Beside of Vanmakt I have a project with my great friend Gjallar of SKALD called NIDRIKE. We have posted one song on our MySpace page called 'Hädangång'. Big news will arrive regarding Nidrike soon since were in a discussion with several labels regarding to release our debut album in 2008! Never would I have guessed that we would have so many labels interested in us before we even released the demo. But I dont complain! So will, check it out, its a ruff mix thats online and its not mastered so it sounds like shit, but what the hell, you can hear what we want to do. We will put up a couple of songs soon."
