Umeå, Sweden melodic death metal quartet ZONARIA have confirmed their participation on Vanitas Balkans 2008 tour. Zonaria will support Swedish black metallers MARDUK and IN BATTLE. ARTISAN will open the tour.

Guitarist Emil Nyström had the following to say regarding the tour: "We are really excited to hit the road with Marduk and In Battle, two cool bands from our country of Sweden. It'll be cool hitting the Balkans with those two plus Artisan. We did a short tour of the Balkans with IMPALED NAZARENE a few years ago and it was really fun, so we can't wait to get back and play over there as well as in Turkey and Greece for the first time ever! Will be a great tour! Also, we look forward to ending the trip in Berlin, where we had a great show with Pain last month! See you all out at

In other news, Zonaria has also recently posted two additional songs from their debut album Infamy And The Breed, which was released in September through Pivotal Rockordings. The songs 'Descend Into Chaos' and 'Black Omen' are

now available for steaming, in addition to the single 'Armageddon Anthem' which is now available for download on the band’s MySpace page. A live video of the song 'Black Omen' from Zonaria’s recent concert in Ljubljana at Media Park with Pain has recently been posted on Youtube. It can be viewed below. 'Black Omen' comes from Infamy And The Breed, Zonaria’s debut release through Pivotal Rockordings.
