NME.com reports:

LED ZEPPELIN bassist John Paul Jones has hinted that his band may record a new studio album, following their reunion show on December 10th last year at London's O2 Arena.

Speaking in the May 2008 issue of our sister title Uncut, the bassist said he was uncertain about the future of the band but refused to rule out heading into the studio to work on a new album with his bandmates.

"I'd have to think about that," he said, when asked if he'd like to make another Led Zeppelin album. "We spoke afterwards [after the O2 Arena show] and we thought the same - it felt like the first night of a tour. You think, 'oh, I could do that a bit better, or change something in that song'. And we didn't get a chance to do any more."
