X JAPAN - Line-Up For Memorial Summit In Honour Of Late Guitarist Confirmed

On May 3rd and 4th the reunited X JAPAN will headline the Hide Memorial Summit, a two day tribute event to their late guitarist Hideto Matsumoto, who passed away on May 2nd, 1998. It will take place at Ajinomoto Stadium in Tokyo, Japan. Bands confirmed to perform on May 4th include X Japan, LUNA SEA, DIR EN GREY, OBLIVION DUST, MUCC, D'ESPAIRS RAY, THE UNDERNEATH and HEIDI.

As previously reported, X Japan recently announced live dates for Paris and New York City. Details are forthcoming, but according to JRock Revolution shows have been confirmed for Paris, France on July 5th (venue tba) and New York City, NY on September 13th at Madison Square Garden.
