RAGE - North American Release Date Confirmed For Carved In Stone

Locomotive Records will release Carved In Stone - the 18th RAGE album in 22 years - on June 10 in North America. According to a press release, "bassist/vocalist Peter “Peavey” Wagner, guitarist extraordinaire Victor Smolski and new powerhouse drummer Andre Hilgers have created one of the band’s heaviest, yet most accessible and thrashy albums of the Rage catalog. Carved In Stone is certain to win the band new fans."
It’s been two years since their well-received Speak Of The Dead album and one year since the impressive CD/DVD Live In St. Petersburg set. After performing at numerous prestigious European festivals and on various tours, Rage committed itself to the studio for this, a CD that many Rage fanatics will compare favorably to the band’s 1995 Black In Mind masterpiece.
