PARANOLAND, the new project featuring VOIVOD frontman Denis "Snake" Belanger, have scheduled the following live dates:
May
31 - Bar le Syndrome - Montreal, QuebecJune
14 - Cafe Chaos - Montreal, QuebecParanoland's lineup also includes bassist Botcher (AGGRESSION), guitarist Frank Legendre (GROOVY AARDVARK), drummer Matt and guitarist/programmer Fire Lewis.
A description of the project reads: "Emerging from the Montreal scene in 2007. Their debut picked up where the ruins of Voivod, Aggression, Groovy Aardvark, Surcharge and Redcore left off, incorporating more pop and industrial elements into a creepy trance inducing genre that came to be known as.... Cyber Rock.
Armed with a wealth of new material (and producer Glen Robinson), Paranoland are now completing their first record and once again they’ve confounded expectations with an audacious challenging release.
