JON OLIVA'S PAIN have checked in with the following US tour recap:

"Since were swamped with work now that we are home, we will break the tour down into bullet points for easy navigation: -- Riding in a van and staying in hotels every night is cool but the bus is still better.
-- US promoters either care or they don't...no grey area.
-- Most catering in the US is pathetic and embarassing to all humans!
-- US beer sucks....except Sam Adams!
-- Most sound systems and lightshows at these venues should be burned to heat peoples homes.
-- The roads in the US were apparently built by cavemen.
-- We rose to the challenge every night...the crew kicked ass!
-- MANTICORA are very funny dudes, and watching them grow tired of American fast food and sh*t beer was fun as hell.
-- Fans dug the JOP/Zak show....it was great to give them that.
-- Promoter's don't advertise even when you send them dozens of tour posters free of charge.........duh!
-- We hope to try this again early next year...
-- Promoters who cared understand that we will double or triple the audience next time we come through.....we kicked their asses!
-- The fans were gracious and appreciative of what we were able to bring to them. They seemed thrilled with all of it and we thank them also!
-- Hoyt, Glenn and Claus at Intromental did a superb job! Thanks guys!
