ACTIVATOR Debut “Unfortunate Lovely" Video

Activator, the metal/hardcore/thrash amalgam four-piece from New York City, has debuted the video for the final track on their self-titled debut album. “Unfortunate Lovely" inspired young British director Rory Greener of SGMT productions, which led him to reach out to the band and offer his services.  he video does not feature band members - vocalist Shannon Moore, guitarist Jared Drace, bassist Willie Paredes and drummer Sanal Leejean. Instead the video is story-driven and shot in a harsh black-and-white with stunning cinematography by Hannah Gautrey.

Activator's debut full length has seen considerable acclaim in the rock world and vocalist Moore has also collaborated with underground hip hop gold-standard rapper/producer El-P.  Moore's larger-than-life stage presence is the perfect complement to Drace's ardent, masterful guitar work. Paredesand Leejean's rhythm section is the lifeblood of the band's metallic-inspired sound.
