AEROSMITH Guitarist JOE PERRY's Memoir Sits In Top 10 On NY Times Bestseller List For Two Weeks

Since its October 7th release, Joe Perry’s Rocks: My Life In And Out Of Aerosmith (Simon & Schuster) has spent its initial two weeks on the prestigious New York Times bestseller list. Rocks entered the charts at #8 and remained in the Top Ten (#10) in week two. In the book, Perry shares - with total candor and without apology - what life is like as the lead guitarist and co-head writer of Aerosmith.

Discussing his new memoir with Good Day Book Club on FOX-TV's Good Day New York, Joe Perry touches on the topic of sex, drugs and rock and roll.

During the interview, Perry reveals, "I think that one of the things that people will be surprised at is the amount of tension and the amount of effort that went into keeping the band together after we got sober - all during the 80s and 90s when we were arguably more successful than we were in the 70s."
